Description

Build a week around real commitments and available time. This planner makes it easier to see what will fit, what must wait and where uncertainty needs a buffer.

A completed side-project example shows how nine planned hours fit inside twelve available hours. Use the undated tools to define boundaries, map the week, organise responsibilities, protect important work and decide what carries forward. Write your own day names to suit your week start.

Each language edition has eight pages: a cover, a completed example and six different tools. Reuse the pages that help you; there are no repeated blank copies added to increase the page count.

Choose English or Arabic, then A4 or US Letter. Print on the matching paper size or write on the PDF in a compatible annotation app. The files are finished, static PDFs; they are not form-fillable and no editable Canva template or app subscription is included.

Do I receive both languages?

Yes. Separate English and Arabic editions are included in both A4 and US Letter. The four files contain equivalent tools.

Can I type into the boxes?

There are no interactive form fields. Print and write, or use your own PDF annotation app to add text or handwriting.

Can I edit the design in Canva?

No. This purchase contains finished PDFs. The owner’s editable Canva review design is not a customer template.

Is it dated?

No. Add your own dates and print only the pages you need.

May I use it with a team or classroom?

The licence is for one purchaser’s personal use or internal planning in their own business. Team, classroom and resale rights are not included.

Does this include an app or service?

No subscription, coaching, account setup or done-for-you planning is included.

What if I need help opening a file?
