Product licences

Original downloads are licensed for the personal or business use described on each product. Redistribution and resale of the original files are not included. Third-party codes require matching platform, account country, currency and edition. Official offers are purchased with the named provider.

Support and refunds

For missing files, invalid codes or a product that differs from its description, contact support@nyliadigital.com with your order number. Do not post activation codes publicly. For original downloads, contact us within seven calendar days if you are dissatisfied. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Unused third-party code refund conditions must be confirmed in the individual listing before sale.

Privacy and launch notifications

We use checkout contact information to process purchases, deliver products and provide support. Payment details are processed by the enabled payment provider. Launch-request emails are stored only for the requested launch update. To unsubscribe or request access/deletion of your information, email support@nyliadigital.com. Store backups and records required to handle purchases may be retained where necessary.
